Privacy policy

This policy explains what FLEXIGLOB LLC ("we") collects when you use flexiunivers.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who is responsible

FLEXIGLOB LLC, a single-member limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, is the controller of the personal data described here. Questions: contact@flexiglob.com.

What we collect

Visit logs. Our server records each request: IP address, page requested, referring page, browser and operating system, and time. These logs keep the service running and help detect abuse. They are kept for 12 months.

Demo session. A cookie named fu_hub identifies an anonymous demo session. It remembers the demo user you choose and your answer to the measurement question. It holds no name or email. Expired sessions are deleted 7 days after they end.

Measurement, only if you allow it. If you accept measurement, we record which solutions you open, which destinations you launch and what you search for, linked to the anonymous session, never to your identity. These records are deleted after 400 days. If you decline, nothing is recorded.

Notifications, only if you subscribe. If you turn on notifications, your browser gives us a technical address to send them to. It is deleted when you unsubscribe.

Preferences in your browser. Your theme, view, language and dismissed tips are kept in your browser's local storage, not on our servers.

Purposes and legal bases

Keeping the site available and secure: our legitimate interest in a working service. Demo sessions: necessary to provide the feature you use. Measurement and notifications: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Previews of other sites

When you open a solution in the preview, its website is loaded from its own server inside FlexiUniverse. That website may set its own cookies and is governed by its own privacy policy.

What we do not do

We use no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Who else sees it

Only our hosting provider, Contabo GmbH, Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 München, Germany (contabo.com). The servers are located in France. We disclose data to an authority only where the law requires it.

International transfers

FLEXIGLOB LLC is a United States company. Where personal data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards provided by law, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent. Write to contact@flexiglob.com; we answer within one month. You may also complain to the data protection authority of your country, for example the CNIL in France or the CNDP in Morocco.

Changes

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
